Prince Igor
Crowning the Caesar to claim the top shelf.
THE IDEA
The Prince Igor Caesar Crown: a packaging idea that takes cocktails to the extreme.
We created the Prince Igor Caesar Crown, a first-of-its-kind accessory that screws onto any mason jar and turns it into a platform for the most over-the-top garnishes imaginable. Inspired by the brand’s logo, the Crown sat on top of every bottle of Extreme Pickle Vodka and gave the product an unmistakable presence on shelf.
A
Where the audience is headed
Caesar lovers are levelling up their garnishes.
Canadians aren’t just drinking Caesars, they’re building them. From pickles and shrimp to full sliders and bacon strips, extreme garnishes have become a form of self-expression. But while the appetite for creativity keeps growing, the glass can only hold so much. The moment was ripe for a brand to unlock something new.
B
Where the brand is headed
From overlooked to over the top, Prince Igor needed a breakthrough.
Prince Igor Vodka had no awareness, no following, and no marketing support. It lived on the bottom shelf. Literally. But with the launch of its new Extreme Pickle Vodka, the brand saw an opportunity to crash the Caesar conversation.
C
Where the culture is headed
Caesars have become creative statements.
The Caesar has evolved from a weekend cocktail into a cultural spectacle. Canadians love to go big with their creations and share them. But the ritual was missing the right stage. A breakthrough packaging idea had the potential to tap into a national obsession and elevate an unknown vodka into the spotlight.
